Monthly Giving establish a 5-month payment plan and make your first contribution on or before Dec 31st for partial tax credit in 2025.

Transfer Securities Contact your broker and send instructions before Friday, Dec 19th, if possible, as some firms are experiencing significant processing delays. Securities donations receive tax credit on the day they are received by the Foundation, so please allow several days and up to a week for processing. Donations by Mail send this form and your check to BPESF (102 W. Portola Ave, Los Altos 94022). The envelope must be postmarked by Dec 31st to receive credit in 2025 tax year.
